PAID $0.02 USDC verification step. Use after procure returns no proven selection / eligible_with_unknowns, or immediately before trusting an unfamiliar external candidate when live evidence is required. Re-checks supported endpoint, MCP, x402 and contract evidence and returns a fail-closed recommendation. Call only when the host independently authorizes the displayed spend.
```
- The name "x402_ping" says "ping": a word for reading.
Description, as the server wrote it:
```untrusted-server-text
The endpoint served tools/list without credentials, and the list has 30 tools that change things (2 irreversible, 28 write). Whether a call also works without credentials was not tested: tools are never called.

https://agentresolver.vercel.app/mcp: tools/list returned 36 tools to an anonymous client, including payment_guard (irreversible), x402_payment_preflight (irreversible), sponsorship_info (write), provider_bootstrap (write), procure (write) and 25 more
