Average rent of registered contracts per full year for one municipality (Generalitat de Catalunya, dataset qww9-bvhh): € per month and number of contracts each year, with a warning when a year has fewer than 100 contracts, and one sentence with the first and last reliable year. Without a municipality it lists the towns with a long enough series. Given a purchase budget, says how many square metres of used housing it buys in each municipality with a published price (budget / average price per m²), sorted from most to least space. Each municipality carries its public transport minutes to Plaça Catalunya (door to door, leaving 7–9am on a weekday) and, as before, its driving minutes. Can be limited by maximum public transport minutes, by maximum driving minutes and by county.
