Targeted assistance estimate / расчет АСП / АӘК есебі. Tests the income criterion for targeted social assistance (АСП) in Kazakhstan and estimates the monthly and quarterly amount: the difference between the family poverty line and family income, plus 1.5 MRP for each child aged 1 to 6, from the application month to the end of that quarter. It does not decide eligibility: the family survey, employment measures, social contract and refusal grounds are decided by the authority. The poverty line is regional and changes every quarter, so the user must supply it: do not guess it. Since 2025 it is the larger of 35% of the median income and 70% of the regional subsistence minimum for the quarter before the application quarter (MTSZN order No. 160).

Pension savings threshold / порог ЕНПФ / БЖЗҚ жеткіліктілік шегі. Compares a person's mandatory pension savings (OPV) in ENPF with the 2026 minimum sufficiency threshold for their age (the table covers ages 20–62) and returns the amount above it that may be used for housing or treatment, or the shortfall. Ages below the table give no available amount; ages above it are treated as retirement age. The actual right to withdraw and the balance are confirmed by ENPF and the operators when applying.

Kazakhstan indicators / показатели РК / Қазақстан көрсеткіштері. Returns the 2026 Kazakhstan statutory indicators used by KzCalc with their official sources: MRP (monthly calculation index), MZP (minimum wage), BDO (base official salary), subsistence minimum, and the payroll rates and caps (OPV, VOSMS, IPN, base tax deduction, OPVR, SO, OOSMS, social tax). Use it instead of model memory: these figures change every year.

Sole proprietor taxes / налоги ИП упрощенка / ЖК салықтары. Calculates, for an individual entrepreneur (ИП) without employees on the simplified declaration (form 910.00), the half-year tax and the mandatory monthly payments for themselves in 2026: OPV, OPVR, SO and VOSMS, with the exemptions for pensioners, people born before 1975 and people with disabilities. Ask the user for the declared monthly income: it is required and sets the contribution base.

Maternity benefits / декретные пособия / декрет төлемдері. Estimates the Kazakhstan state benefits around a birth in 2026: the one-off birth payment, the maternity leave payment (126 days, or 140 days for a complicated or multiple birth), and the monthly childcare allowance until the child is 1.5 years old. For an employed mother it needs two incomes: the average monthly insured income for the last 12 months (leave) and for the last 24 months (childcare). For a mother who is not employed, only the fixed amounts by child rank apply and incomes are ignored.

MRP to tenge / МРП в тенге / АЕК теңгеге. Converts between MRP (monthly calculation index, АЕК/МРП) and tenge using the 2026 MRP value. Use it for fines, fees, benefits and tax thresholds that the law states in MRP.

Otbasy mortgage estimate / ипотека Отбасы банк / Отбасы банк ипотекасы. Estimates the two-stage housing loan of Otbasy Bank under the "Nauryz" and "Otau" programs: the checks on deposit, down payment and loan limit, the monthly payment of stage 1 (preliminary loan, 8 years: interest plus savings), and the stage 2 payment range (housing loan, 11 years, 3.5%–5.0%). It is a formula estimate, not the bank's schedule: the stage 2 rate depends on the bank's accumulated score, the 20% state premium and the deposit term. Loan limits depend on the region: 36 million KZT for Astana and Almaty, 30 million KZT for other regions.

Net salary / зарплата на руки после налогов / қолға тиетін жалақы. Converts a monthly gross salary ("до вычета налогов") into the net amount paid to the employee in Kazakhstan under 2026 rules, with the employee withholdings (OPV, VOSMS, IPN) and the employer contributions (OPVR, SO, OOSMS, social tax) line by line.

Gross salary / зарплата до вычетов / есептелген жалақы. Finds the monthly gross salary needed so that the employee receives a target net amount ("на руки") in Kazakhstan under 2026 rules. Returns the smallest whole-tenge gross whose rounded net equals the target, with the full withholding and contribution breakdown.

Teacher pay / зарплата учителя / мұғалім жалақысы. Calculates the monthly salary of a Kazakhstan state-school teacher in 2026 under Government Decree No. 1193 and the Law "On the Status of the Pedagogue": position salary by education and experience, qualification category, class supervision, notebook checking, rural and master-degree supplements, then gross, withholdings (OPV, VOSMS, IPN) and net. Traffic fine discount / скидка на штраф ПДД / айыппұл жеңілдігі. Calculates the deadline and amounts for paying a Kazakhstan administrative (traffic) fine with the 50% discount (КоАП РК art. 811): the strict calendar deadline (delivery date + 7 days), an informational deadline moved to a working day, full and discounted amounts, and remaining days. Delivery date must be in 2026. Give either violation_id from the catalog or custom_mrp_multiple (fine size in MRP), not both.
