Description, as the server wrote it Full structured PropertyCheck JSON (propertycheck/2) for one covered address: identity, coverage, capabilities, a summary and up to twelve sections, with status and source details where available. Call after check_address shows a full report is available. No account or API key is required for one-off purchase: x402 returns a standard PaymentRequired (A$1.39 incl. GST); retry the same call with params._meta['x402/payment']. Coverage is checked before any charge, an address outside coverage is never charged, and retrying with the same idempotency_key or the same payment never charges twice. If the user has no wallet, ask for explicit agreement to the A$4.95 card price, then call the same tool with payment_method='card'; give checkout_url only to the human and poll this same tool with the returned purchase_id and access_token. Never create a second checkout for that purchase. Existing B2B API-key accounts remain supported. After an API-key or x402 purchase, pass report_id instead of address to re-view the same report at zero cost; x402 re-view also carries the original payment proof. Optional sections limits the output; detail='full' restores heavy enumerations from the same stored report, with no second charge.

check_addressFREE, no key.Reads text others writeNo findings
Why it is in this group
- Nothing in its name or description says what it does, so it is counted as a write.
- The server marks it read-only (readOnlyHint: true), but an annotation never lowers a class.
What it can reach
- untrusted-inputThe server marks it openWorldHint: true: it reaches things outside the server's own data.
Description, as the server wrote it FREE, no key. Use when you have one specific street address in the City of Gold Coast or Brisbane City (Queensland, Australia) and need to understand the property and what surrounds it before renting, buying, relocating, working or studying there. Returns coverage and a short summary: up to five findings and up to two items that could not be verified, each with a status; source where available. Depending on the address and available evidence, findings may cover hazards or planning. Brisbane findings may include the street and its traffic, parking, frontage or road-reserve context, or parent-building height where verified. Gold Coast free checks do not promise paid-only physical context, including frontage, carriageway width, parking or building measurements. Any suburb of those two councils works, for example Surfers Paradise, Robina, Coomera, Kangaroo Point, New Farm or Chapel Hill. Addresses elsewhere are reported as outside coverage. Not for listing search, valuations, mortgages or price forecasts. Never charges.

This is not a safety rating, and no finding is not a safety guarantee. The groups and findings come from fixed checks of the tool definitions the server returned on the date shown, not from its code or what it does when called. How the checks work.
Exfil surface
Which tools read private data, which read text someone else can write, and which can send data out. One of each is a path a prompt injection can use.
No private-data, untrusted-input, outbound path in this server alone: no tool is tagged private-data or outbound.
- Reads private data0
- Reads files, mail, messages, databases, secrets, calendars or repositories.
- Reads text others write2
- Brings in text someone else can write: web pages, inbound email, messages, issues and comments.
- Can send data out0
- Can carry data to people or systems: it sends, posts or publishes, or takes a recipient, channel or URL.
Other servers in the same agent add their own tools to these paths. Audit your whole setup to see them together.
